Jörg Weber studied medical technology at the University of Applied Sciences in Jena and expanded his background by studying chemical engineering/process technology at the Technical University of Clausthal-Zellerfeld. He completed his doctorate in the field of instrumental analytics.
For more than a decade, he worked in the product development of bioanalytical systems for an international company. One focus of his work was the transfer of new technologies to the application area. He is therefore an expert in bioanalytics, analytical measurement technology and sensor technology. At the same time, he is an ambassador for digitalization, Industry 4.0 and agile working environments. He has experience in cooperation projects between industry and science and is closely connected with companies and networks.
